Dr. Ireneusz Damek is a maxillofacial surgeon with many years of experience, which he gains both at home and abroad. For many years he has been a senior assistant at the Child and Youth Surgery Clinic, Maxillofacial Surgery – Institute of Mother and Child in Warsaw. Clinic’s activities focused on treatment:

– malocclusion (orthognathic surgery),
– cleft lip and palate,
– craniosynostosis,
– surgical treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders – i.e. ankylosis,
– cranial-facial deformities reconstructed using individual implants in 3D printing,
– temporomandibular joint prostheses.

A member of international organizations related to cranio-maxillofacial surgery: the European Association of Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery (EACMFS; European Association for Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery, United Kingdom), the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (IAOMS; International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, USA), AO Foundation (AO Foundation, AO CMF department, Switzerland) is a non-profit organization working in the field of injury reconstruction in the cranio-maxillofacial area.
